At Robertson Acres, we believe families should know where their food comes from. We raise livestock with hands-on care and offer families the opportunity to reserve ownership shares in our farm-raised beef and pork. From our pasture to your freezer, we keep the process personal, straightforward, and connected to the farm.
Our Model
This isn't a warehouse or meat reseller. The animals offered through Robertson Acres are raised and cared for on our farm. We handle daily feeding, livestock care, and farm management, then work with custom processors when harvest time comes. Customers purchase an ownership interest in a live animal before processing. Processing options depend on the animal, share size, and the assigned processor.
Farm Shares Are Growing
Robertson Acres started in March 2025 on 12 acres. When an animal is designated for farm shares, families on our waitlist hear first. There's no payment or obligation to join.
Planned Offerings
Each share is an ownership interest in a specifically identified live animal. We do not sell individual retail cuts.

Simple and Personal
You select a beef or pork share and pay the reservation deposit.
Your ownership interest is assigned to a specifically identified live animal before slaughter.
Once the animal is scheduled, we keep you updated through processing and preparation. Processing options depend on the animal, share size, and processor — fractional shares may use Robertson Acres' standard processing specifications.
After the final farm-share balance is paid, you pick up your portion. Processing charges are paid separately to the processor.
