Our Farm

A Small Texas Family Farm

Robertson Acres began in March 2025 on 12 acres in Texas. We started with chickens, ducks, geese, and goats. Pigs came next, followed by cattle and turkeys.

Hands-On Care

We Know Every Animal

Robertson Acres is a small family farm where the animals receive hands-on daily care. Feeding, water, fencing, shade, and health checks are done by our family — not by a crew we've never met. Because the farm is small, we know the animals individually.

We believe people deserve to know where their food comes from and how the animals providing that food were raised. That belief is the reason this farm exists, and it's why we offer farm shares instead of anonymous packages of meat.

Our Philosophy

"Only ever have one bad day."

Our animal-care philosophy is simple: we want our animals to live good lives and only ever have one bad day. Good pasture, clean water, shade, room to move, and calm handling — every day, right up to the end.

Where We Are Today

Still Growing

We're honest about our size. Robertson Acres is 12 acres, a young farm, and a family operation. Most of our herd is breeding stock, and animals are designated for farm shares as they're ready.

Any animal currently open for shares is listed on the Beef Shares and Pork Shares pages. If you don't see the share you want, join the waitlist — it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
